1.Is all of your merchandise new?

Yes, all of our merchandise is new and not worn.

2.I never received my order. What should I do?

If our site’s tracking says your order was delivered but you still haven’t received it, look up your tracking number on the USPS site for confirmation. 

If the carrier site’s tracking also says your order was delivered, try checking with your neighbors and looking outside your home to see if it’s hidden somewhere. If you can’t find it, email us with your original shipping address and an alternate shipping address so we can send a replacement.

If the carrier site’s tracking hasn’t been updated for several days, email us with your original shipping address so we can look into it and send a replacement if necessary.

3.What are the hours for your customer service line?

Our hours for our support line are 9AM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday.

4.Are there conditions for returns and exchanges?

Yes. We’ll need your items to be unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached. And don’t forget your proof of purchase. 

We’ll need to request for your return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

5.Will my order arrive in one go?

 It depends on your order. Because we send your products as soon as they’re ready, you might receive items separately. If you don’t see all your products in the first package to arrive, expect another package to come with your remaining product(s). You can email us to get all the information of your tracking numbers.

 6.How will I know if my order has shipped?

We’ll tell you! Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

7.I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at support@pauleboutique.com to receive instructions on how to be approved and submit your PO.

8.Can I cancel the order I just placed? 

Except for custom products, it is possible to cancel your order if you email us within 5 hours of placing your order. In addition, you can always return your item once it comes for a full refund including the shipping costs.

9.Do you offer Bulk Pricing?

We offer bulk pricing on orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to request a Bulk Quote you can email us for a better deal and our Sales Team will provide you with a quote.

10.How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
